payment & deposit.
Both the deposit and balance to be paid by bank transfer.
A 30% deposit is payable in advance (non-refundable once the drawing has started). This secures your place on my commissions list.
delivery.
For small portraits being sent to UK destinations I use the Royal Mail’s special delivery service which will be charged at cost. If you wish, you can collect in person.
framing.
I can advise you as to various framing options and I would be happy to introduce you to my own local framer.
additional prints.
My work does reproduce very well and has often been turned into additional prints, letterheads and postcards. If this is of interest, we can discuss.
copyright & use of commissioned images.
I retain copyright on all artwork produced and reserve the right to use the artwork on my website and for promotional material. No prints or copies shall be made or profit gained in anyway from the finished artwork by the client or by third parties, without my express permission. The artwork may not be altered in any way, including the removal of my signature.
